If you are looking to rent your property, we as independent property managers will give you the confidence to let your property to professionals working full-time. 

We offer a long-term contract of a minimum 3 years as this will enable us to manage your property at our best service - (with also the potential of adding values to the property upon agreement).

You will receive rent every month with no missed payments and no voids so no headache for managing tenants and your rental income.

We generally consider any property that have 4 bedrooms or more that are in rental areas which deem to be in demand for professionals/workers who are looking for affordable properties to rent. Currently, this is near or of easy links towards Canary Wharf area.

Unless a property is a new build and fully furnished, we are always committed into adding values to the property in the beginning, during and at the end of tenancy to keep tenants and landlord happy. 

Typically this is ranging from furnishings, paintings, decorations, minor upgrades to repairs and maintenance. 

We pay directly from our account to landlord's account every month on time.

We have our own team of cleaners, plumbers, painters, electricians and property managers who deal with tenant issues to ensure that the property is always taken care of. Additionally when needed, we will also take professional photos of each room every year and have them sent to the landlord for their peace of mind. All at zero costs.

We simply make our money from the difference we pay to the landlord and the rent we charge to the tenants for the services we provide.
